Review by Ralf Bergendahl

The album Symphonies In G Major No 27 No 88 No 100 Military by Joseph Haydn, Hungarian Chamber Orchestra, Vilmos Tátrai, Hungarian State Orchestra, Ádám Fischer is a must-have for classical music enthusiasts. The album features three of Haydn's most famous symphonies, all in the key of G major.

The Hungarian Chamber Orchestra, led by Vilmos Tátrai, delivers a stunning performance of Symphony No. 27. The orchestra's precision and clarity are evident in every note, creating a beautiful and balanced sound that captures the essence of Haydn's music.

Symphony No. 88, performed by the Hungarian State Orchestra under the direction of Ádám Fischer, is equally impressive. The orchestra's energy and passion are palpable, bringing the music to life in a way that is both exciting and moving.

The album's final symphony, No. 100 Military, is perhaps the most well-known of the three. The Hungarian State Orchestra once again delivers a powerful and emotive performance, capturing the spirit of the piece with great skill and finesse.

About Joseph Haydn, Hungarian Chamber Orchestra, Vilmos Tátrai, Hungarian State Orchestra, Ádám Fischer

Born: 1732-03-31 (Rohrau, Austria) Born 31 march or 1st April, 1732. Died: 1809-09-05 (Vienna, Austria). Franz Joseph Haydn was an Austrian composer of the Classical period. He brings the "sonata form" to a very high degree of improvement. His symphonies and his string quartets (forms of which he is considered "the father") have become highly inspirational style models. Haydn made a fundamental contribution to the development of chamber music; thanks to the numerous quartets, trios for piano, for strings and also with the unusual trios for baryton, viola and cello.
