About Wishful Thinking
British pop band, 1966-80. Members included: Roy Daniels, Richard "Rick" Taylor, Terry New, Pete Ridley, John Redpath.
Roy Daniels (voc), Richard Taylor (guitar) Roger Charles (bass) and Brian Allen (drums) were formerly , then to change name to Wishful Thinking.
A later lineup, Brian Allen, Tony Collier, Kevin Finn & John Franklin, had a huge hit in Germany with the -written song "Hiroshima".
In 2008 the band reunited in the "Hiroshima"-lineup to record new tracks and release a new CD in 2009, including a new version of their big hit "Hiroshima".

This is a an excellent cover of 'CC', have to confess I heard this one before hearing Neil Diamond's original for the first time.... because I happen to have this Decca '45' as well(!). Thanks for posting it
