Review by ANKIT SAHAY

Diamonds Pearls Lovers Island by Paradons The Blue Jays is a must-listen for fans of classic doo-wop music. This album is a perfect blend of smooth harmonies, soulful vocals, and catchy melodies that will transport listeners back to the 1950s and 60s.

The album kicks off with the title track "Diamonds Pearls Lovers Island," a romantic ballad that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The song features beautiful harmonies and a catchy chorus that will have listeners humming along in no time.

Other standout tracks on the album include "The Wind," a haunting ballad that showcases the group's vocal range and "I Want Love," a catchy tune that will have listeners tapping their toes.

If I wrote a love story that takes place during the early sixties, this song would be heard! I was 19 when I first heard this song, and every time I listen to it, their voices make me young again!

First time hearing the song, it sounds very good, my Uncle Alex Manigo was in the group and wrote the songs, I spoke to him two days ago it was his birthday 84 years old, God Bless him he's doing well. I let him know I heard his song, he was delighted, he told me every one in the group has passed on, so sad to here that. Thank God for the music they made.
We used to dance to this when we had ‘ sets ‘…great memories, they were great

With most of the 'Doo Wop' songs, it isn't so much the melodies or lyrics, it's the over all 'emotional impact' that they project, something that is often missing in today's music....

Love that song. But like many doowop songs, the lyrics are too hard to understand.
