Review by José Antonio Guzmán

Opus Ensemble's 2007 album is a masterful display of classical music at its finest. With each track, the ensemble showcases their exceptional talent and musicianship, delivering soaring melodies and complex arrangements that will leave listeners in awe.

From the opening notes of the first track, "Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 3," Opus Ensemble sets the tone for the entire album. The piano's intricate arpeggios and the orchestra's sweeping strings blend together seamlessly, creating a rich and dynamic sound that is both powerful and delicate.

As the album progresses, Opus Ensemble continues to impress with their ability to tackle a wide range of styles and moods. The hauntingly beautiful "Adagio for Strings" is a standout track, with its mournful melody and poignant harmonies evoking a sense of deep sadness and longing.

The album's final track, "Symphony No. 9 in D Minor," is a triumphant conclusion to an already impressive collection of songs. The ensemble's precision and passion are on full display, as they navigate the piece's complex rhythms and soaring crescendos with ease.
