Collapsing Scenery's Selections SC01 04 is an album that defies easy categorization. Drawing on a diverse range of influences, from industrial to punk to electronic, the band creates a sound that is at once familiar and completely original.
The album's opener, "Metal Teeth," sets the tone with its pounding drums and distorted guitars, while "The Resort" channels the band's more experimental side with its atmospheric synths and spoken-word vocals. "New World Order" is a standout track, with its catchy chorus and politically charged lyrics.
