Very good, of course. However, for a moment I thought the music was made by the original Soft Winds: Herb Ellis, John Frigo and Lou Carter. Did they actually record, do you know?

De film behoorde tot de onbenulligste van die tijd. Nimmer meer zoiets slechts gezien. Maar we stonden ervoor in de rij.... De tunes Les Tricheurs (Oscar Peterson, piano - Stan Getz, tenor sax - Roy Eldridge, trumpet - Ray Brown, bass - Gus Johnson, drums), Clo's blues (Coleman Hawkins, tenor sax), Phil's Tune (Roy Eldridge, trumpet), Mic's Jump (Dizzy Gilespie, trumpet) en het door Lionel Hampton gedrumde slot: Crazy Hamp met Milton Mezzrow, clarinet, André Persiany, piano en Buddy Banks, bass, waren onvergetelijk.

prachtig toch,ik mis de geweldige binnen komer " les tricheurs" een pracht nummer waar stan getz en roy eldridge in uitblinken,een van de mooiste jazz nummers uit die goede oude tijd,de fiftie's,ook de franse film "les tricheurs was in die tijd een groot sucses,het nummer les tricheurs is nog steeds een van mijn favoriete jazz nummers.
