Harold Bailey and The Country Drifters have released their latest album, "I'm Gonna Leave," and it's an impressive addition to their discography. The album features ten tracks that showcase the band's unique blend of country, blues, and rockabilly.

The opening track, "I'm Gonna Leave," sets the tone for the album with its upbeat tempo and catchy guitar riffs. The lyrics are relatable and convey the feelings of leaving something behind in search of something better.

The album's lead single, "Broke Down Blues," is a standout track that highlights the band's bluesy sound. Bailey's vocals are soulful and raw, and the guitar work is exceptional.

Other notable tracks include "Wandering Man," which features a beautiful melody and heartfelt lyrics, and "The Devil's Game," a haunting ballad that showcases the band's ability to create a chilling atmosphere.

I met Harold in the late 50's or early  60'S. It was because of him that my btother bob and I started a country band ( The Country Ramblers). We became good friends and  followed him all over N. New Jerse. We did a lot of country jambores together in those days. Last I heard he moved many years agodown south some where. He is really missed up her.

I used to sit in with a band with the same name at a club in Paterson, NJ. way back in the early 60's .I wonder if thier one and the same? I sure mis those guys. They were great! Bobby Case was the lead guitarist. He was my hero and my" Clayton Delaney". He played a Gretsch, "Country Gentleman" through a Magnatone amp. The greatest sounding amp I ever heard! I bought the guitar from him when he switched to a new Fender,"Stratocaster". God Bless and keep them wherever they are.
