These girls just came into my mind again after so long. I remember this in the 80s and searched it up now... Great favourite then, still great now after all these years.
Girlschool were attempting to become "rock sensations" with their third album Screaming Blue Murder, but they somehow failed the attempt. The album, besides, is amateurish like many releases of the period, including the The Rolling Stones cover. Short and redundant, though closer "Flesh and Blood" is somehow a prototype of Tool's music.
