Astrio - Dont Leave The Planet

Review by Dodi Syahputra

Astrio's album, "Don't Leave The Planet," is a mesmerizing and thought-provoking masterpiece that showcases the group's unique blend of electronic and classical music. From start to finish, the album takes listeners on a journey through space and time, exploring themes of love, loss, and the human condition.

The opening track, "Gravity," sets the tone for the album with its haunting piano melody and ethereal vocals. As the album progresses, tracks like "Orbit" and "Nebula" transport listeners to otherworldly realms with their pulsing beats and dreamy synths.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Lost in Translation," which features a hauntingly beautiful vocal performance by guest artist, Emma Grace. The song's melancholic lyrics and lush instrumentation combine to create a truly moving listening experience.

About Astrio

Barcelona based funk/jazz/soul trio formed in 2002 by (keyboards & sampler), (guitar) and (drums & sampler). Since the album Don't leave the planet the band changed their original name Asstrio to Astrio due to the bad perception that the previous name generated abroad. They stand out for a comic and brazen scene.
