The album is a great representation of the energy and soul that Detroit is known for, and it's clear that the artists featured on this record poured their hearts and souls into their music.
The album kicks off with the classic track "Shake a Tail Feather" by The Five Du-Tones, which sets the tone for the rest of the record. From there, listeners are treated to a mix of Rock and Roll, R&B, and Soul, all with a distinctly Detroit sound.
