The Mutation3 Promo CD by Various is an eclectic and dynamic collection of tracks that showcase the diversity of contemporary electronic music. The album features a range of styles, from ambient and experimental sounds to driving techno beats and glitchy IDM. The tracks are expertly crafted and showcase the talents of a range of up-and-coming and established producers.
The album kicks off with the haunting and atmospheric "Mutation" by Fingers In The Noise, which sets the tone for the rest of the collection. Other standout tracks include the glitchy and hypnotic "Polarity" by VNDL, the driving techno of "Dawn" by Kero and the experimental and ethereal "Aurora" by Esem.
