Tumour's latest album, Rancid Deformities, is a brutal and unrelenting assault on the senses. From start to finish, the band's signature blend of death metal and grindcore is on full display, with each track delivering a crushing barrage of blast beats, guttural vocals, and savage riffs.
Despite its unrelenting intensity, Rancid Deformities is also an impressively diverse album. Tracks like "Carnivorous Obsession" and "Flesh-Eating Maggots" showcase the band's knack for crafting catchy, memorable hooks, while songs like "Malignant Tumours" and "Putrid Infestation" delve into more experimental territory, incorporating elements of noise and industrial music.
