Throat Breach - Starve

Review by Gregory Jaquet

Throat Breach's latest album, Starve, is a brutal and unrelenting assault on the senses. The band's unique blend of hardcore, metal, and punk creates a sound that is both heavy and raw. The album's opening track, "Dead Weight," sets the tone for the rest of the record with its crushing riffs and intense vocals.

The standout track on the album is "Coffin Nail," which features a blistering guitar solo and a chorus that will have you shouting along. The lyrics on Starve are dark and introspective, dealing with themes of addiction, mental illness, and self-destruction.

Throat Breach's musicianship is top-notch, with each member contributing to the album's overall sound. The drumming on tracks like "The Wound" and "Hate Speech" is particularly impressive, providing a relentless backbone to the band's sound.
