Review by Elio Gatto

The album Rosamunde Aufforderung Zum Tanz by Schubert, Weber, Het ResidentieOrkest Olv Willem Van Otterloo is a true masterpiece of classical music. The album features some of the most beautiful and uplifting compositions of Schubert and Weber, performed by the talented musicians of Het ResidentieOrkest.

The album starts with Schubert's Rosamunde Overture, which sets the tone for the rest of the album. The piece is full of energy and emotion, and the orchestra plays it with great precision and passion. Next comes Weber's Invitation to the Dance, which is a delightful and romantic piece that showcases the orchestra's ability to convey the mood and atmosphere of the music.

The album also features some lesser-known works by Schubert and Weber, such as Schubert's Symphony No. 6 and Weber's Clarinet Concerto No. 2. These pieces are a true treat for classical music enthusiasts, and the orchestra does an excellent job of bringing them to life.
