Review by Tarek Moghul

Rubin Steiner's album 23 Tango is a delightful and eclectic collection of tracks that showcase the French musician's unique blend of electronic, jazz, and world music influences. From the opening track "Lo-Fi Nu Jazz" to the closing number "No One Knows," the album takes listeners on a journey through a variety of moods and styles.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Wunderbar," a funky and upbeat number that features Steiner's signature use of samples and electronic beats. The track is anchored by a catchy bassline and punctuated by bursts of brass and percussion, creating a lively and infectious groove.

Another highlight of the album is "La Mélodie du Bonheur," a dreamy and atmospheric track that incorporates elements of trip-hop and ambient music. The song features haunting vocals and shimmering synths, creating a hypnotic and immersive listening experience.
