Review by Sangga Placenta

The album "Inside" by Rockicks is a must-listen for anyone who loves rock music. The band's energy and passion are evident in every song, and the album is a perfect showcase of their talents. The production quality is top-notch, and the vocals and instrumentals are perfectly balanced.

The album opens with the track "Breaking Free," a catchy and upbeat song that sets the tone for the rest of the record. The next few tracks continue in the same vein, with memorable hooks and impressive guitar riffs. "Inside" is a standout track, with its haunting melody and poignant lyrics.

As the album progresses, Rockicks show their versatility, with songs like "Lost in the Crowd" and "The Last Goodbye" showcasing their ability to write emotional ballads. The album ends on a high note with "Rise Up," a powerful anthem that will have listeners singing along.

thanks for posting these. I heard Highway Gypsy on some guy's local college radio show and was blown away. I can't find this album ANYWHERE except for on one really shady download site. These guys should have been huge. great band.

Thanks SqeekyDC. Brian Naughton passed away last May(2012) and Rick Altschuler has been gone for several years. Sammy and I appreciate your enthusiasm. Brian wrote Sexy Steppin. Check out any posts you can find from "The Naughtones" his last band with his son and cousin.
Right back at ya Lucena Blues! Your guitar playing IS awesome. I am one of two surviving members of ROCKICKS. Jerry Zubal. Thanks for the response.

Yeah, we all lived in SF valley but I was from Rochester MI. Sammy was from Smyrna Georgia, Brian from Burbank Cal. and (the late) Rick Altschuler from LA. The "valley" was home for a lot of starving musicians and probably still is. JZ
