who is the singer?
In this song, the Sequential Circuits Drumtraks was heard.
I haven't heard this in many, many years. It was the B-side of Kurtis Blow's basketball. Thx for posting. Good memories
Thanks man, this was missing !!!
Cheers, Sandor
Cheers, Sandor
Bill Withers is one of the most unique song stylists that has ever lived; just down homey, sincere and authentic. He does a great service to this Grover Washington classic!
Lovely version of this tune by its writer .
I can hear the Late Great Grover Washington Jr, blowing away on this track.???
The great Phil Upchurch on Bass on this track not rhythm guitar. Eric Gale, Richard Tee & Steve Gadd on Guitar, Keys & Drums respectively, Beautiful !
What a beautiful intro to this track. It has more of a 1970s feel to it.
This song if a.axing thank you for posting

refrain
favorite je l'adore cette piste ensoleillée, monstrueusement radine sur le PAN CEPENDANT ET PAN PAN, c'est cà quiessébon replay
Did Ralph Macdonald compose for the 1968 ABC-TV western of that name?
This is much like the sound of Seis del Solar at the time.
Love this track especially when it flows into the percussion and the steel drums getting stuck in together?️?❤️ Panarama?
Jorge Dalto on Piano, Andy Gonzalez on Bass & Nicky Marrero on Timbales.
Stupenda!!
Same here...Thank you so very much. Used to listen to it as a child. Thanks a ton !!!!! Btw do you have the original 'trade winds' & 'Basket ball' which I think were also on this same album...pls share if you do. Cheers
My favourite track from this album. Does anyone else have a copy of Ralph's album 'The Path' ? Side 1 is just one track! An ever morphing percussive rhythmic journey in mood and style! I love it, but few other people have ever heard of it
Incredible!!! I've been looking for this song for years.... not very popular but is one of Ralph Macdonald's masterpieces showcasing a perfect fusion of calypso and salsa.
Fantastic
Remember this ..Ralph at his finest !! with oid mates Richard Tee, Eric Gale ..RIP
