Pain Jerk - Brutalica

Pain Jerk's latest album, Brutalica, is a sonic assault on the senses. The Japanese noise artist has crafted an intense and unrelenting collection of tracks that push the boundaries of what can be considered music. From the opening track, "The Sound of Destruction," to the closing "Brutalica," the listener is bombarded with a wall of noise that is both exhilarating and exhausting.

The album's production is intentionally raw and unpolished, giving it a gritty and visceral feel. Pain Jerk's use of distorted samples, harsh feedback, and abrasive textures creates a disorienting and chaotic atmosphere that is not for the faint of heart.

Despite its abrasive nature, Brutalica is not without moments of beauty. Tracks like "Broken Melody" and "Fading Light" offer brief respites from the onslaught of noise with their haunting melodies and delicate instrumentation.
