Kwick's album "Split Decision" is a soulful and funky journey that showcases the band's versatility and catchy songwriting. The album, released in 1983, features a mix of upbeat dance tracks and heartfelt ballads that highlight the group's tight harmonies and groovy instrumentation.

The opening track, "Let This Moment Be Forever," sets the tone with its infectious rhythm and catchy chorus. The album's lead single, "You're the Kind of Girl I Like," is a funky groove that's impossible not to dance to. Other standout tracks include the ballad "I Just Want to Dance With You," which showcases Kwick's smooth vocals and emotional depth, and the energetic "Can't Help Myself," which features the band's signature horn section and driving bassline.
