In Light, the debut album by Givers, is a joyous, energetic collection of songs that is sure to get listeners dancing. The Louisiana-based band brings a unique blend of indie pop, Afrobeat, and folk influences to their music, creating a sound that is both familiar and fresh.

From the opening track "Up Up Up," with its infectious guitar riffs and catchy chorus, to the closing song "Ceiling of Plankton," which features a hauntingly beautiful vocal performance by singer Tiffany Lamson, In Light is a consistently engaging album. The band's use of percussion and horns adds depth and texture to the music, while Lamson and guitarist Taylor Guarisco's vocal harmonies create a sense of intimacy and warmth.
