Enduser - 13

Review by Gisella Gallenca

Enduser's album 13 is a captivating and powerful work of electronic music that showcases the artist's skill and creativity. From the opening track "In Time" to the final notes of "Stay", the album takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions and sonic landscapes.

The album is characterized by its heavy beats, glitchy textures, and haunting melodies. Enduser's use of samples and vocal snippets adds a human element to the music, while the intricate rhythms and layered soundscapes create a sense of depth and complexity.

Tracks like "Not So Distant Drums" and "The Catalyst" are particularly noteworthy, with their driving rhythms and intense energy. Other tracks, such as "Beneath the Ice" and "The End", are more atmospheric and introspective, showcasing Enduser's ability to create immersive sonic environments.

About Enduser

Lynn Standafer is more commonly known as Enduser. Taking influences from KRS-One, Skinny Puppy, and Photek, and raised on a steady diet of hip-hop and early jungle records, Enduser creates industrial strength drum and bass and hip-hop flavored breakcore. With the help of radio play from John Peel and the Breezeblock on Radio 1, a string of great reviews, and the backing of some of the top names in the hardcore and drum n bass worlds, Standafer's musical juggernaut has landed spots working with artists like The Bug, Panacea, Dr. Israel, Bill Laswell, NYC hardcore band Terror, and countless others. His recorded output has released on respected cult labels such as Hymen, Sublight, Mirex and Ad Noiseam. In addition to Enduser's output, Standafer also operates his own experimental drum and bass label, .

This entire video is clipping... and it's not the original track's fault. Next time, please upload a good quality version. Anyone wanting to hear the nuances of the song properly head to /watch?v=T-ljrrrSbnQ .
