Dive's album Captain Nemo is a masterpiece of electronic music. The Belgian band, led by Dirk Ivens, has been a pioneer in the industrial and EBM scene since the early 1990s, and this record showcases their talent and creativity.
The album's title track, "Captain Nemo," sets the tone for the whole record. It's a dark and atmospheric piece, with haunting vocals and a hypnotic beat. The lyrics are inspired by Jules Verne's novel "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea," and the song creates a sense of mystery and adventure.
The rest of the album doesn't disappoint either. Tracks like "Two Faced Man" and "From Behind" are dancefloor anthems, with pounding rhythms and catchy melodies. "Dead or Alive" and "The Earth Died Screaming" showcase Dive's ability to create powerful and emotional ballads.
The production is top-notch, with a perfect balance between synths, guitars, and vocals. The sound is raw and intense, but also polished and sophisticated.

Holy crap, this is magic!! I'd only heard Sarah Brightman's cover, and I loved it, but it always sounded like karaoke.
Cecilia Vennersten has sing the song also, howeverv in Swedish. Her version is really great. I do like Dives version too.
The production of Sarah's version is so crazy generic. Like the demo track a Roland.

I love this and am enjoying Dive ever since I found this out. I love Sarah and follow her for a long time but I make it a point to break down her albums since most of the things she sings are remakes or covers, as an interpreter. this song moves me and I thank you Mr Linder for that. Your contribution to music is of incredible value

Krister, I just want to say thank you for this masterpiece. As many other people I had started with Sarah's version, until eventually found out about the original of yours. I find both versions amazing. Pity there are no songs of Dive on Google Music and I guess other streaming services... Why is that? Also would be great if your videos would be re-uploaded in a better quality to enjoy them even more.

Sarah's version was my introduction to this song years ago and has always been one of my favorites of hers. (If I remember right, it was in an Anime Music Video that someone did using footage from Nadia: Secrete of Blue Water.) Never knew it was a cover though
