Deerborn is a new project on the danish music scene exploring the lines between folk rock and alt. country. The band consists of members from Odense and Copenhagen. With a background in bands like Rock Hard Power Spray and Ave, it is clear that we deal with musicians who have something on their minds and they know what it takes to get it through to the audience.
Their sound leans towards old favourites like Neil Young, Pearl Jam and My Morning Jacket. With great melody pieces from both guitar, moog and violin they embrace a playful and very exciting universe all wrapped up a very distinct sound. The energy that shines through the bands live concerts is rather unique and has a certain way of drawing in the listeners and taking them on a journey through the whole spectre of emotions.
The debut album will be released February 19th, 2016.
