During the Vietnam travesty, they were in the air force and recorded in San Antonio, Texas. The group split when members, got orders for other assignments.

The year was 1966. I was in basic training at Lackland AFB just down the road from them in San Antonio. Everyone in the area was proud of them and always singing along.
So much good music...so little time!
I remember when this group came out and I think they all were in the USAF and stationed at Randolhp AFB. Anyone else knows about this? The hit was "No time for you".
