- A9 Medley; Recorded for TV special "Around The Beatles", 19 Apr 1964, at IBC Studios for a lip-synch performance on the show

- B1 Yes It Is; Take 14, 16 Feb 1965. Dry STEREO mix. John saying "K, Oh let's go, let's get out of here" was edited onto the front, from an outtake of "I'm A Loser". The actual record was edited onto the end of this take, at the wrong speed and in mono!
- B2 Paperback Writer; Take 2, 13 Apr 1966. Dry STEREO mix (no effects)
- B3 Your Mother Should Know; Take 8, 22 Aug 1967. This take was used to create Take 9 (the released take) as a reduction mix onto which numerous overdubs were made. The very end of the released version is tagged on at the end. (mono)

Yet more evidence of Paul's astounding genius.
This will be included in the Abbey Road 50th Anniversary Edition!!!!
Paul could craft a song saturated with earnest and beauty.
This song is getting an official release on the Abbey Road 50th year anniversary!
Mary Hopkin's version was awesome - but I think it still would of been even more awesome to hear both John & George's harmonies on this original composition. Paul is simply the best of the best when composing and singing!
no yesterday fan will ever come here
He is a genius. That simple. McCartney is a master of melody, with true talent. We can never repay him for what he has given the world <3
He wrote this for a woman - Mary Hopkins, I believe - and tried it out himself. Even a raw Beatles song is better than an album's worth of fillers made by many of today's moguls.
TEMAZO
Whenever i here this song i close my eyes, think of the world, the beauty of it, and what the Beatles have helped do to it, especially with this song and many others, i just think of my dreams, what will happen in the future, John and George still being here with us, them being in our souls, there songs living within our hearts, helping us live on... Beautiful???
WOW!!!
Pity it was never put on a Beatles album
this is much better than rocky racoon or Martha my dear.
YALL GOT ME CRYIN IN THE CLUB I LOVE YOU PAUL MCCARTNEY
I just discovered this song now it’s in my top 10 Beatles songs
I still think Paul's voice sounds better than Mary Hopkin's. He sounds like an absolute angel here ?
He gave this to Mary Hopkins, with a beautiful angelic voice. What a great guy
should've been a white album song, right after I Will or Julia
Pauls songs from 66 to 68 where some of his best!
