Appendix's album, Money Is Not My Currency, is a bold and unapologetic statement about the value of money in society. The band's punk rock attitude is evident in every track, as they challenge listeners to question the status quo and prioritize values beyond financial gain.
The album opens with the track "Sick Society," a fast-paced and aggressive song that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The lyrics are pointed and direct, calling out the ways in which society has become corrupted by greed and materialism.
Throughout the album, Appendix takes aim at a variety of targets, from politicians and corporations to the media and consumer culture. The band's message is clear: money may be a necessary part of life, but it should not be the driving force behind our decisions.
Despite the heavy subject matter, Money Is Not My Currency is an incredibly fun and energetic album. The band's musicianship is top-notch, with catchy riffs and driving rhythms that will get your head banging and your feet moving.
