I still love this song in 2023.
I never heard this one before, it's good!?
Weird
it's actually pretty good
The first though I had was that it had a BO DIDDLY SOUND

Does anyone remember getting this and other flop MGM singles in bags of potato chips?
Thank you for this!!!!! This is the best... Linda is my grandmother.. I'm going to cover this.
Fun record! Thanks for the video. Way back when I won this 45 from a radio station - name it and claim it, first to call in and give the name and artist. I still have it packed away with other singles from my youth.
Love this song. It was actually banned from some stations (mainly in the Bible-thumping South). The story line about a "loose girl" was a bit much to take back in the day. You pretty much never hear this played; not even on Sirius/XM.
@fntime Yes, but I play it "upside down". (I'm left-handed and that way I don't have to put all the strings in reverse and I can play any guitar that is usually used by someone right-handed.)
@shmuli9 It was copyrighted by me in 1959. But, then again,
Original: Diane Renay ( U.S. ) - Watch out Sally ! ( Bob Crewe - Denny Randell - Sandy Linzer ) ( 2/11/1964 ). Cover: Dick Rivers ( France ) - Prends garde, Dick ( watch out Sally ) ( 1965 ).
If only this had been used in a Scorsese movie; Outstanding...;)
Diane was a very good singer very underappieciated she had alot of singles Good songs but only Navy Blue"charted & "Kiss me Sailor""didn't do weell Bless You Diane(:
This Song Did Not Hit The Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
What's the line right before "there's a place that suits us fine". I can figure out what she says. It sounds something like "city line".
Linda Brown (lead, alto), Candy Brown (alto), Mary Holman (lead, alto), Sherrie Ragland-Rivers (soprano), Cheri Rickman (soprano).
Awesome, thanks ? ?
OH MY GOD...the BOBBI-PINS!!! Two of the ladies in this group are my COUSINS!! The others are all great friends. I remember when they cut this record...it was a really big deal! Great memories!
