2022. 64 years young and this song is still relevant! ?
I was one of the few who was sad when Sammy joined Van Halen. I LOVED him as a solo act and saw him several times in concert. I knew he would be wasted in VH and I was right. I was glad when they fired him so he could get back to unpretentious rock and roll again.
Classic song from a classic album. Those of us who knew Sammy pre-VH we already knew what he was going to bring to the table and his vocal talents and the added guitar brought something fresh and new to this great band. From Montrose to solo(HSAS one off) to VH to ChickenFoot and The Circle Sammy has gave us some great music over the years. Thank You Sammy we love you and keep up the great work!
Played side one of this album to death, songs were just perfect for a Junior in high school like me!
