Canadian fiddlers and Western Singer (Born in 1933 near St. Boniface, Manitoba, died in Rouyn-Noranda on July 26, 2015, at the age of 82). Barely an adult, he already set out on the roads of Canada to accompany the american Curley Carter's troupe. This journey takes him to Rouyn-Noranda where he meets love. He settled in Abitibi in the early 1950s (1954?). Engaged in the hotels of La Sarre and Rouyn-Noranda, he accompanies Et Ses Cavaliers Noirs, or Jimmy James on TV CKRN.
In 1955, he met legendary western singer in Rouyn-Noranda and in 1956 he embarked on three major tours of Quebec as well as the French-speaking regions of Canada and the United-States with him. Around 2006-2007, he gave up music. Suffering from cancer, he battled the disease for many years.
He played the double bass on the big hit "À Qui L'P'tit Coeur Après Neuf Heures?"
He had the honour of accompanying to the Calgary Stampede, probably in 1968.
