Cube took that energy and made "Are We There Yet" 1 & 2.
I listened to it 30yrs ago w limited English, just liked the music. Now I can understand their English and their message.??
All public enemy needed was a dope beat maker. But this was the vibe
They could make this song today and it still applies SMH
? Controversial Negro
Folks like to Talk about this new woke culture?? WE BEEN WOKE✊?
Yeah I'll check out a movie...BUT ITLL TAKE A BLACK ONE TO MOVE ME
why they talkin bout those old ass movies lol the 90s flicks was on point why the fuck they dig far back when 90s was the shit for black film ????
The first ever east west coast record together
This joint is relevant today!!
Classic?????
I'm so happy that I was a teenager in the 1990s - the next three or four decades are going to be shit!
Fuck man...do you agree that people are zombies today by comparison for some reason?
One of the greatest masterpieces ever!!! One helluva collab!!! BDK!!!! Cube!!! Chuck!!! Damn, they all killed it!!!????????
We need this type of music back
I work as an actor in Germany and i'm originally from Poland. 90 % of my roles i play ist the guy from eastern Europe. Which means: accent, bad boy, smuggler, mafia member, drug dealer, robber, mugger, thief or simply broke. The problem they talk about in this song is similar in Europe!
Yeaaaa Boiiiiiiii!
Totally missed the message....instead of burning Hollywood they decided to become part of the bullshit.
U sad
And now all of them are a part of Hollywood
I smell a riot!
Classic.
Only 816 k ,wtf is going on, timeless classic performed by legendary mc's ,mad love from ALGERIA ??
For anyone who doesn't know, When you see the name Kane just hit the like button
So great. Just so great.
the recent little mermaid reactions have brought me to want to listen to this song again today
Who controls Hollywood?
✊??
Who in the Unholy Blue Saint Fcuk is that friggin white dude at the end "interviewing" Flav, how did they cast him in THAT role, though it was a "different time," how on Earth was he comfy saying "controversial negro" and "who SHUFFLES a little bit & sings," to ANY black man, but PE, who at the time, I feel like saying many an un-cool white man FEARED (Fear of a Black Planet)...???
I know it's "a role," and I'm sure Chuck, Flav, Terminator, all the friggin S1W's, they all were ok with Whinny McWhiteford saying that, and in fact, probably was a white guy they're cool with, in their clique, or worked for the record company, or shit for all I know he could've been the janitor at a venue they performed at most often & just became cool with the dude...
Even if he was an S1W without the mirror sunglasses and beret, I cant imagine he wouldn't have been a little hesitant about saying all that,,even for the shoot & story of the video/song lol
