Outspoken's album, A Light In The Dark, is a powerful and emotionally charged record that showcases the band's talent for blending hardcore punk with melodic hooks and introspective lyrics. The album's 11 tracks are a mix of fast-paced anthems and slower, more introspective ballads, each one exploring themes of hope, struggle, and resilience.
From the opening track, "Your Failure Is My Revenge," the band's energy and passion is on full display, with driving drums and guitar riffs that set the tone for the rest of the album. Other standout tracks include "The Great Divide," a catchy and anthemic song that features soaring vocals and a memorable chorus, and the slower, more introspective "Echoes," which showcases the band's ability to write heartfelt and emotional lyrics.
