New Found Glory's album, From The Screen To Your Stereo Part II, is a nostalgic and energetic collection of cover songs from popular movies. The band's signature pop-punk sound is infused throughout the album, with catchy guitar riffs and upbeat drums driving each track.
From the opening track, "Kiss Me" from She's All That, to the closing song, "The Promise" from Napoleon Dynamite, New Found Glory delivers a fun and high-energy performance. The band's covers of classics like "That Thing You Do!" and "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" stay true to the original while adding their own unique twist.
The album also features collaborations with other artists such as Paramore's Hayley Williams on "The King of Wishful Thinking" from Pretty Woman and Anthony Raneri from Bayside on "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough" from The Goonies. These collaborations add a fresh dimension to the album and showcase the band's versatility.
