Mezzoforte - High Season

Mezzoforte's latest album, High Season, is a delightful addition to their already impressive discography. The Icelandic jazz-funk band has been around for over four decades, and their experience shows in the quality of this album.

High Season is a collection of ten tracks that showcase the band's mastery of their instruments, as well as their ability to create catchy, danceable tunes. The album opens with "Garden Party," a funky instrumental that sets the tone for the rest of the record. The band's signature sound is in full force here, with tight grooves and intricate melodies that are sure to get your head nodding.
