The album "The Musical Magic of Maria Kumagai at the Rodgers Organ" is a stunning display of the immense talent possessed by Maria Kumagai. As a third person reviewer, it is clear that Kumagai has a deep understanding of the Rodgers Organ and its capabilities, as she expertly navigates through a variety of musical genres with ease.

From the opening track, "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor," Kumagai's technical prowess is on full display. The piece is executed flawlessly, with each note ringing out clearly and with purpose. As the album progresses, Kumagai's versatility as a musician becomes apparent, as she moves seamlessly from classical pieces to popular songs, such as "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "The Entertainer."

One of the standout tracks on the album is Kumagai's rendition of "Moon River." The piece is hauntingly beautiful, with Kumagai's delicate touch on the organ creating a dreamlike atmosphere. It is a testament to her ability to evoke emotion through her music.

If someone has any of her records or recordings it would be great to hear them. Uploading is easy.
Wow... I've been a theatre-organ fan since the 70's, and have rarely heard playing like THAT! Absolutely riveting!

I vaguely remember having heard Maria Kumagai's name somewhere, sometime in the past, but I don't know where or when.

Thanks for the research and the examples of her fine playing!
