Review by Fernando Sánchez Argomedo

Satisfaction, the 1970 album by Jack Greene, is a timeless classic that still resonates with country music fans today. Produced by Owen Bradley, the album features 10 tracks that showcase Greene's smooth vocals and heartfelt lyrics.

The title track, "Satisfaction," is a standout hit that became Greene's signature song. With its catchy melody and optimistic lyrics, it's no wonder that it reached #1 on the country charts. Other notable tracks include "Statue of a Fool," a tear-jerking ballad about heartbreak, and "I Take a Lot of Pride in What I Am," a song that celebrates the simple pleasures of life.

Throughout the album, Greene's voice is accompanied by lush arrangements that perfectly complement his singing style. From the twangy guitars on "Don't You Ever Get Tired of Hurting Me" to the soaring strings on "I'm a Lonesome Fugitive," the instrumentation adds depth and emotion to the songs.
