Review by Mizanur Rahman

The album "Monitor Presents Songs Of Old Russia" features the voices of Ivan Kozlovsky, Sergei Lemeshev, Artur Eisen, and Peter Kirichek, all of whom are renowned singers from Russia. The album contains a collection of traditional Russian songs that are beautifully sung by the four artists.

The album starts with the hauntingly beautiful "Dark Eyes," which is sung by Ivan Kozlovsky. His voice is deep and rich, and he infuses the song with a sense of melancholy that is both moving and powerful. Sergei Lemeshev's rendition of "Kalinka" is equally impressive, as he brings a sense of joy and exuberance to the song.

Artur Eisen's performance of "The Volga Boatmen" is another standout track on the album. His voice is strong and commanding, and he brings a sense of urgency and passion to the song. Peter Kirichek's rendition of "The Birch Tree" is also noteworthy, as he infuses the song with a sense of nostalgia and longing.
