Review by Madhusudan Katti

Just A Memory Blue Heaven by Hollywood Dance Orchestra The Broadway Revelers is a delightful album that is sure to transport listeners back in time to the golden era of Hollywood music. The album features a collection of classic songs from the 1920s and 1930s, including "Just A Memory", "Blue Heaven", and "Dancing with Tears in My Eyes".

The Hollywood Dance Orchestra, led by conductor and arranger Nat Shilkret, does an excellent job of capturing the spirit and energy of the era. The arrangements are lively and upbeat, with plenty of brass and percussion to keep the tempo moving along. The vocals, provided by The Broadway Revelers, are smooth and sophisticated, perfectly suited to the jazzy, swing-style tunes.

One standout track on the album is "Ain't Misbehavin'", which features a sultry, bluesy solo by the orchestra's saxophonist. Another highlight is "I'll See You in My Dreams", which showcases the orchestra's ability to create a dreamy, romantic atmosphere.
