About Harold Melvin And The Blue Notes

Originally named from the mid-50s, they changed their name to "Harold Melvin And The Blue Notes" in the mid-60s. One of the original member then started his own group . In the mid-70s, they split again and another group revived the original bandname, , formerly the backing band behind the ex-drummer/new lead singer .
