Halestorm - Forcast For The Future

Review by Tammy More

Halestorm's latest album, Forecast for the Future, is a powerful collection of tracks that showcases the band's signature blend of hard rock and heavy metal. The album opens with the explosive "Break In," which features Lzzy Hale's soaring vocals and a driving guitar riff that sets the tone for the rest of the record.

Throughout the album, Halestorm explores themes of love, loss, and resilience, with tracks like "Back From the Dead" and "Vicious" showcasing the band's ability to write catchy, anthemic choruses that are sure to resonate with fans.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "The Silence," a haunting ballad that showcases Lzzy Hale's vocal range and emotional depth. The song builds slowly, with a sparse piano melody that gives way to a powerful chorus that is sure to give listeners chills.

Cool song.... Has a real 80's vibe to it with the synthesizer.... I was a teen in the 80's.... Great era, especially for rock music.

Love it!!! I agree you NEED to ReAniMate this!
This is so awesome. More artists should release early material like this!

Question: was 10 year old Arejay muting the hi-hat with his leg yet? ??

How did this lose to a tap-dancing cowgirl? Also, can't you just imagine Arejay being so proud of that drum solo?

Ok, rough and unpolished, just as expected for that age. I like it! It is easier to hear the talent as I know what happened. But this shows the early stages of the raw force that is more clear in "Its not you" ( i love that song!)Thanks for sharing this - it shows the evolution of a band from talent to the band today. Thanks!
