Graduated in classical guitar with honors in 1987, he followed the course of harmony and composition at the same time. In 1991 he began studying the mandolin as a self-taught performing in various formations of the folk music circuit, in particular that of the Campania region, subsequently devoting himself to the classical Neapolitan melody. In 1995 he was lead guitarist with Sergio Bruni performing the guitar arrangements of Maestro Roberto De Simone, a Neapolitan classical repertoire. As a mandolinist he collaborated with and later with the group E ZEZI (European tour 1996). Founder of the Paranza of , voice and soul of Neapolitan popular culture, he takes care of the arrangements of the first CD "E manco 'o sole ce' a sponta" (edizioni.CNI) participating in important European festivals of ethnic music.
