About The Fabulous Echoes
The Fabulous Echoes (also know as The Fab Echoes) were Hong Kong garage rockers who, in the early 60s, had a string of regional hits on Diamond Records. They were a big touring act in Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines and Sri Lanka.
Though based in Hong Kong, none of the members of the group were Chinese - four were Filipino, the drummer was from Scotland, and lead singer Cliff Foenander was from India.

I loved listening to The Fabulous Echoes as a kid. Sunshine was my favorite song, aswell as their version of A Little Bit Of Soap.
Are The Fabulous Echoes still around. I wish they'd bring out a CD. I've got all their songs spinning around in my head. Their songs bring back such warm memories of my family, when we were all together. Love this group.
With all the frequent handwashing we now consciously do everyday, this song is very much dated under pandemic. BTW, lead singer looks like Drew Arellano!
