The self-titled album Doughbwoy by Doughbwoy is a refreshing take on the reggae and dancehall genre. The artist showcases his skills as a singer, songwriter, and producer through the 14 tracks on the album.
The album starts with the upbeat and catchy "Jamaican Girl" which sets the tone for the rest of the album. The songs on the album are a mix of feel-good party anthems like "Party Hard" and "Bounce" and more introspective tracks like "Blessed" and "Mama."
One of the standout tracks on the album is "Real Friends" which features a collaboration with fellow Jamaican artist Krysie. The song is a tribute to genuine friendships and the importance of having a support system. The track is a perfect blend of Doughbwoy's smooth vocals and Krysie's soulful voice.
