The album Iberia by Debussy, DE Inghelbrecht Conducting Orchestre Du Théâtre Des ChampsElysées is a beautiful and evocative collection of music that transports the listener to the vibrant and colorful world of Spain. The orchestral performances are expertly conducted by DE Inghelbrecht, capturing the passion, energy, and sensuality of the music with stunning clarity and precision.

The album features three distinct pieces, each one showcasing Debussy's mastery of orchestration and his ability to weave together intricate and complex musical textures. The first piece, "Iberia," is a sweeping and majestic tribute to the beauty and grandeur of Spain, with soaring melodies and rich harmonies that evoke the country's rich history and culture.

The second piece, "Rondes de Printemps," is a more intimate and introspective work, with delicate and intricate melodies that capture the subtle beauty of the Spanish countryside. The final piece, "Fêtes," is a joyous and exuberant celebration of life, with lively rhythms and colorful orchestration that perfectly capture the spirit of a Spanish fiesta.

About Debussy, DE Inghelbrecht Conducting Orchestre Du Théâtre Des ChampsElysées

Born: August 22, 1862 (Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France). Died: March 25, 1918 (Paris, France). Claude Debussy was a French composer. He is sometimes seen as the first Impressionist composer, although he vigorously rejected the term. He was among the most influential composers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Debussy's music frees itself of the academicism of the late nineteenth century (in particular that of the Austro / German School) to offer new perspectives and dimensions to twentieth century music. Through the use of pentatonic scales, of the whole tone scale, he returns to the ambiguity of modal systems and accomplishes a revolution of traditional harmony, different from the Wagnerian revolution. Debussy's music frees itself from the tyranny of the bar, which with its periodic accents forces the rhythm to a pre-ordered repetitions; as a consequence of these metric-harmonic innovations the classical forms are abandoned.
