Notes
- Vinyl has the phrases "Our time has been..." and "....and will be again" scratched into it.
- The test pressing for this release was done on 12" vinyl as opposed to the finalized 10" format.
- An unknown number of 10" white label pressings were distributed by DIJ with hand decorated labels in silver ink by Douglas P. Packaged in a white paper liner with a golden DIJ address sticker on the front and another such sticker on the label. Same type of paper liner as that included in the retail version.
- Not to be confused with the actual test pressing which was mistakenly done on 12" vinyl as opposed to the finalized 10" format and which features pre-printed Mayking test labels as opposed to the plain white labels used here.
- Made in England
