Probably one of the worst songs ever. But so iconic because of Glee...
This is possibly one of the worst songs I have ever heard.
I still remember hearing this song in the back of my dads 71 impala ..
I was a kid in the 70’s I was 8 when this song came out at the time I didn’t understand what this song was really about but when I got older I figured it out this girl gets pregnant by her boyfriend and her dad flips out and wants to kill him sad ending to a great song
For some reason I see this song as an interracial love story( White Julie, Black Joey ) or (White Joey, Black Julie) now if they did a movie about this I could see Cameron Diaz & Jamie Foxx( White Julie, Black Joey ) or Brandy & Ashton Kutcher (White Joey, Black Julie)
??? Madonna got her song I'm keeping my baby from this. Meat thing. ? And yes it's supposed to be meat thing. I know no one will get the joke it's from a Saturday cartoon. You know back when Saturday mornings were for kids
??? we thank you. We remember the melody it's been in our head since we were a little kid never knew the name of the song. ? Daddy please don't it wasn't his fault he means so much to me Daddy please don't we're going to get married just you wait and see. ☹️ Those words say it all. ??? It's a good thing I'm not a father!! Because it was his fault that's what condoms are for
I was 11 when a friend and I would sit around her record player listening to this song over and over!? The part where she yells "watch out" cracks me up still!
I nominate this the stupidest song of all time.
Glee ♥️

Billy Dont Be a hero.

*Ahhhh the nineteen seventies.*
One of those *hits* from the decade where there's *no middle* ground. You either love it or just despise it all together.
Just like Austin Robert's *"Rocky".*
Or *"Billy Don't Be a Hero"* from either Paper Lace / Bo Donaldson and The Heywood's (depending on what side of the pond your from).
