Yo thank you for posting this. Great upload.
Two of them play in pro-pain

This album brings me back.
7 People are Crumbsuckers.
your absolutely right the crumbsuckers were ahead of everybody! great memories of this killer album , it stayed on the turntable.
Saw these dudes live at City Gardens in NJ. They could really play!
in this same time period they blew slayer out of the water.
Saw these dudes with Circle Jerks & D.R.I. was headlining - to say the criwd was MANIC is an understatement. The biggest pit l ever saw in my entire life!!! "SKANKING" too - not this new karate-style of "slam dancing" these idiots have today... Every band absolutely KILLED that night....

I bought this when it first came out..it's stood the test of time..it's a masterpiece with a message that will live on.
saw these guys open for Anthrax at Lamours in Brooklyn..
I sure also agree with Simon and other dudes here saying that this is The Best crossover-album (of hardcore-punk and speed-metal) Ever made. I bought it (with Agnostic Front´s Cause for Alarm) way back 1986 on my trip to Stockholm, Sweden and it got me Hooked instantly and I keep Still listening it at least once a month. :)
It was and still is almost like a "life changing or at least eye opening" record for me as until that I had been listening & liking a lot hardcore-punk a´la Dead Kennedys or Exploited and speed-metal a´la Slayer or Exodus, and when I heard this Superb record mixing & pressing together "the best of those two worlds

i think it should be noted the lyrics are fuckin great
You made it loud, too. Kudos, my man
How the fuck does this only have 16k views?
MarvelouSS!!!!!
Thanks Simon for this amazing creation. As a little punk down here in Houston, my mind was blown away @ the age of 14 (32 years ago) by the musical brilliance, power, magic, and energy the THE CRUMBSUCKERS. I have never met anyone to this day down here that has heard of them and it is just a damn shame. CHEERS
Great band, great albums; I would have loved to have heard what their third album would have been like etc !... what do you guys think ?, anyone out there with any inside info' on their potential direction etc ? - allegedly Chris Notaro left because of musical differences.
I saw them at what was 'The Hummingbird' in Birmingham (UK) in '88 with different vocalist (Joe Haggerty), but although it was a good show, it wasn't quite the same without Chris Notaro... I actually got a broken nose at that gig, a guy stage dived from my right, I was looking to my left and his head hit my nose full on resulting in a broken nose and much blood over my t.shirt !, I was enjoying that much I carried on going mad until the end ! :-)

the ending riff on Brainwashed is just fucking brilliant
I see (& hear) this is the same reissued CD I have with a skip in Hubrun & it's fucking bullshit! This was obviously just a rip from vinyl and sold as new. If your gonna pass it off as new, get a recording w/out fucking skips..."most people ARE dicks!" - Ludichrist
Dam I totally forgot about this one, had the tape back in the 80's, great fuggin album
I still can't figure out how to do that quick vibrato squeal at the very end of the lead in the first song. Such bad ass guitarists in this band.
great job on the commentary throughout the video, great insights !
that's a powerfull album !!! by the way here is a promo of my band https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qcog0Tm24Co

If you love Hardcore, Like I do
If you like Thrash, like I do
If you like any metal
Or even punk.
You can still LOVE this album. Very good band, that deserves WAY more attention than they get.

Bought that lp back in 86 when it came out. yep! :0
My very first CBGB Sunday hardcore matinee = Cro-Mags & Crumbsuckers (I've forgotten who else), well over 30 years ago [1984-85 school year, winter; I was all of sixteen]…this stuff still holds up well; I was fortunate enough to catch a Crumbsuckers reunion gig at B.B. King's (also NYC), back in '06 & I see they're keeping the momentum by playing this year's Black & Blue Bowl -- the successor to the original 'Superbowl of Hardcore' mega-festivals that I remember at the Ritz/Rock Hotel in the '80s…definitely up there, a shining example of both 'crossover' AND "regular" hardcore.
