- Club edition of the 1959 UK release made by HMV.
- Mono version is PE 712, stereo is SPE 712 - both used the same sleeve, which shows S/PE. Stereo copies had a large sticker with "S" on the front.
- Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (S/PE 712) - the mono version has "PE-712" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SPE 712" on green 'strobe ' labels. The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker.
- Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (15 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months. Offered most months until July 1962, then once more in March 1963: pressing variations, if any, unknown.
