Review by Olivier Fontana

Il Fascismo In Italia Testimonianze Sonore I Discorsi by Benito Mussolini is a powerful album that captures the essence of Italian Fascism during the early 20th century. The album consists of a series of speeches and recordings made by Mussolini himself, providing an insightful and historical perspective on the political and social climate of the era.

The album is a testament to Mussolini's charisma and oratory skills, as he delivers passionate speeches that are both inspiring and intimidating. The recordings are well-preserved, and the quality of the sound is excellent, making it easy for listeners to immerse themselves in the historical context of the speeches.

The album is not only a valuable historical document but also a fascinating piece of art. The speeches are accompanied by a variety of musical compositions, ranging from classical to patriotic marches, which add an emotional depth to the recordings.

About Benito Mussolini

Mussolini came to power as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Italy on October 31, 1922 and officially became Head of Government, no longer responsible to parliament, on December 24, 1925. After suffering military defeats, Mussolini was dismissed by King Victor Emmanuel III on July 25, 1943. From September 23, 1943 to April 25, 1945 Mussolini still acted as Duce of the so-called Italian Social Republic, a German puppet state. While trying to escape to Switzerland, Mussolini was summarily executed near Lake Como by Italian partisans. He was the father of jazz pianist and grandfather of politician and singer .
